Different measurements are needed for different accessories.
The Tagua range sizes are specified in the individual product description.
Please note that individual body dimensions vary. If you are in-between sizes you may prefer the next, larger size, but follow your own fit preference (snug fit vs. generous fit).

PRODUCT DISPLAY/COLOURS
We attempt to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the site. However, because the colours you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see matches exactly the product colour.
PRICES
All prices are stated and charged in Euros (EUR).
Your credit card company will automatically change payment from your own currency at your bank’s exchange rate. You can check out the approx rate at www.xe.com
PAYMENT
Angélica León Designs may charge the Purchaser for the goods from the time they place the order.
If the Purchaser uses a credit or debit card to make the payment, we may hold the funds on the card when the order is placed. The card will be charged on the same day the order is placed.
SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

Standard Post:

- Norway (4-5 working days): 5 EUROS
- EU (5-10 working days): 5 EUROS
- Rest of World (5-20 working days): 5 EUROS
Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the mail service.

All duties and taxes in Norway are included in the price. However, you will be responsible for any import duties and taxes, which may or may not be levied by local authorities when a shipment reaches your home country. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
RETURN POLICY (Please read carefully):
Angelica Leon Designs takes great care on the making and delivering of all products.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, and would like to make a return or exchange please contact us on angelicaleondesign@gmail.com
We then will authorize you with a Return Authorization number to be written on the box being returned. Angelica Leon Designs is not responsible for shipping costs on returned or exchanged merchandise. The following must be applied before a return is sent to us:
- All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt.
- All goods must be returned “as new” with original tags attached.
- Return Authorization Numbers must be written on the outside of the returned box or the box cannot be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns or exchange items.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged on items returned for refund.
- Refund will be provided in the same form as payment was made and will be processed in 7 business days.
- Please note that the original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- No refund will be made on sale items.

DEFECTIVE GOODS:
THE PURCHASER’S RIGHTS AND TIME LIMIT TO GIVE NOTICE
If the good is defective, the Purchaser must notify Angélica León Designs that he/she wishes to invoke the defect within a reasonable amount of time after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. The Purchaser is always considered to have given timely notice if it occurs within two months after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. Notice may be given no later than two years after the Purchaser took possession of the good. If the good or parts of it are meant to last considerably longer than two years, this deadline is extended to five years.
If the good has a defect and this is not due to the Purchaser or to conditions on the part of the Purchaser, the Purchaser may, in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Consumer Purchases Act, withhold the purchase sum, choose between repair and replacement, demand a price reduction, demand that contract be terminated and/or demand compensation from the Seller, according to the relevant cir- cumstances.
Notice should be given to Angélica León Designs in writing.
CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Claims must be directed to Angélica León Designs within a reasonable time frame in accordance with our return policy. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes out of court. If this is not successful, the Purchaser may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority for mediation. The Consumer Authority may be reached at www.forbrukertilsynet.no
